The prevailing SDF of USD 200 will be slashed in half, making the effective SDF just USD 100 per person per night. This means you can experience the magic of Bhutan without breaking the bank!
 
2. Special Savings for Young Explorers
Families, rejoice! If you're traveling with children aged between 6 to 12 years, Bhutan has a treat for you. You'll also enjoy a 50% discount on the SDF for your little adventurers. It's an incredible opportunity to introduce them to Bhutan's cultural wonders and natural beauty while keeping your budget in check.
 
3. 24-Hour SDF Waiver for Border Town Stays
Are you planning to stay in Bhutan's charming border towns? The good news is that the 24-hour SDF waiver for tourists in these areas will continue. So, you can savor the unique atmosphere of Bhutan's border regions without any added costs.
 
These incentives and measures will be in effect from September 1, 2023, and will remain valid for four years until August 31, 2027.
